Here is a quick sound test Uniform R3 SA on Cherry MX Red. Cheapo board

Keycool 87 Cherry MX Reds + Carbon SA

Recently decided to take out the keycool out of storage room retirement. It has cherry mx reds and this board always reminds me how I wanted my keyboard to sound when I was just starting.

Hoepfully the photos do justice on how the keycaps look like on this board.

Back to my roots Cooler Master Masterkeys Pro S

I recently sold my mx black quickfire rapid because I found a good deal for RGB TKL specifically the CM Masterkeys Pro S. I thought store prices from local shops in Malaysia was quite absurd. I tried going the Lazada way it was cheaper yeah but it was still way out of my budget. I decided to check the local online shop that started before Lazada even happend.. Lelong.com.my and I did a very nice deal for the price including shipping. I could have driven and picked it up from the shop in Klang but decided I'de pay the extra 10 bucks which will still save me from petrol and toll gate costs.

I have to say board feels nice but I still like how my 2 old quickfires looked specifically the top case. This one is a tad bit more lighter and also the feel is so much plastic unlike the old QFR's. The cherry mx brown is quite nice though and the colors are good for an RGB board. Read more…

Sound Test: CM Storm Quickfire Stealth Cherry MX Greens

Before anything please remember that this is raw video/audio I did not edit anything and I just used my iphone 6 to take this video so it might not sound professional for everyone.

The thumbnail is the keyboard I used for this video

CM Storm Quickfire Stealth Cherry MX Green switches sound test. The keys do sound louder than the blues. It is definitely stiffer than the blues but it feels just about right not too soft not too hard. My Cherry MX Blacks in another video is stiffer than this so don't get fooled by paper specifications you see online

I am using thick pbt keycaps.
